海外建设工程行业是争议的多发领域，工程项目企业的利益保护重点应在预防和对于重大工程项目的合同管理。本次研讨会我们与来自北欧顶尖律所瑞典曼斯律师事务所建工领域专家一道，共同探讨应用在工程项目执行阶段的多种技术和方法，以确保工程企业做好充分的争议预防以及争端处理。同时，我们将回顾、分析仲裁中的典型案例，以期为采取措施获取证据以及高质量的仲裁请求（与反请求）提供新的思路。
Disputes are common in the overseas construction industry. To protect the interest of a construction company, we will focus on the prevention and management of contracts for major construction projects. In this seminar, legal experts in the construction industry from the prestigious Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå will join us to discuss the methods and tools that can be used during the implementation of a project to prepare a construction company for potential disputes. Meanwhile, we will explain why many construction claims fail in arbitration, how to recognize and preserve evidence, and how to prepare successful claims or counterclaims.
