On February 18, 2014, the 4th Financial & Legal Practice
Forum--“Symposium on Risk Prevention and Diversified Dispute
Settlement Mechanisms in Asset Securitization
Business”--co-sponsored by the Securities Association of
China (SAC) and Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and
organized by the Financial Arbitration & ADR Research Center,
Central University of Finance and Economics was grandly held.
The relevant leaders, experts and scholars from the CSRC, the
CBRC, the SAC, courts, arbitration commissions, securities
companies, trust and investment companies, law firms and
higher education institutions made in-depth communications
and discussions on such topics as “Asset Securitization and
Business Innovation of Securities Companies”, “Risk Isolation

2. BAC and Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers
Association Successfully Held the 4th Commercial Arbitration
Training for Lawyers
On March 13, 2014, Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and
Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association held the 4th Commercial
Arbitration Training for Lawyers. Mr. Bi Yuqian, Professor
and Doctorial Supervisor of China University of Political
Science and Law, former Director of the Teaching Department &
Director of the Judicial Adjudication Research Center,
National Judges College as well as BAC’s senior arbitrator,
acted as the guest speaker of the training. Lawyer Zhang
Zheng, Vice Chairman of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association
and BAC’s arbitrator, presided over the training. About 120
lawyers and legal professionals from various districts and

3. The 38th and 39th “Training on Commercial
Arbitration Practice for New Lawyers-Arbitration Moot Court”
Successfully Held
The 38th and 39th “Training on Commercial Arbitration
Practice for New Lawyers-Arbitration Moot Court” co-organized
by Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Beijing Lawyers
Association and the College of Continuing Education of China
University of Political Science and Law were successfully
held respectively on March 21 and April 18, 2014. The
training aimed at promoting the comprehensive knowledge of
lawyers about commercial arbitration, triggered the benign
interaction among the relevant parties of commercial
arbitration cases, and improved the harmonious, healthy and
steady progression of the commercial arbitration
