The Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) is pleased to become a supporting institution for the 2024 Johannesburg Arbitration Week.
This event is hosted by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and will be held from April 9-11, 2024. The seminar will revolve around themes such as the African Continental Free Trade Area, the Africanization of arbitration, the future of investment protection in the Southern African Development Community, the skills and challenges of implementing state-owned assets in African countries, the Silk Road and the BRICS Road, and China's business investment in South Africa.
