Due to work requirements and pursuant to the provisions of the current "Charter of the Beijing Arbitration Commission", the relevant matters of the arbitrators are hereby announced as follows:
Arbitrators appointed during the term of the Seventh Committee of the Beijing Arbitration Commission shall have their term of appointment extended until the completion of the first arbitrator selection process of the Eighth Committee of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
