According to the requirements of the General Office of the State Council in the “Notice on Certain Questions Pertaining to the Amendment and Clarification of Regulations” (State Council Issue [2010] No. 28 ), the Ministry of Justice has thoroughly reviewed current judicial and administrative regulations and decided that Article 68 will continue to be effective. The List of Currently Effective Judicial and Administrative Regulations is hereby issued.
