According to <2015 Statistical Bulletin of China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment >, PRC’S outbound direct investment(ODI) reaches a record new high at  145.67 billion US dollars and ranks the second place in the world. It is a remarkable switch to the capital output economy for China, which is reflected by a higher ODI comparing the FDI in 2015.

Matching the pace of the economic growth, international arbitration practice evolves gradually. Particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, adaptive tendencies in related to China’s stakeholders were observed in the evolvement of the arbitration practice. In this sense, the host of ICCA 2018: Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), and the joint host: Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) set “Evolution and Adaptation: The Future of International Arbitration” as the theme of the main congress. The main congress will be held from April 15 to 18 2018 in Sydney, Australia, and the follow-on event AMINZ–ICCA International Arbitration Day will be held from April 19 to 20 2018 in Queenstown, New Zealand.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
