Dear all,

Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center fully supports this valuable event.

This five-day intensive masterclass programme focuses on what lawyers, arbitrators and cross-border trading companies and merchants need to know about the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Conciliation, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules. It will develop participants’ understanding of the aforementioned UNCITRAL instruments and further substantiate their understanding of the prevailing principles and practice in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution.

Participants who complete all the three Modules will be awarded a certificate of attendance issued by the organiser(s). Those who pass the assessments in Module 2 will be eligible to apply for Associate grade of CIArb (which is the first grade). Those who pass the assessments in both Modules 2 and 3 of the programme will be eligible to apply for Member grade of CIArb (which is the second grade).Further information about the CIArb courses can be found at www.ciarb.org.
