1. During January 13-17, 2011, Beijing Arbitration Commission will offer those who dedicate to mediation service a training course titled “Mediation Course Overview” at BAC, in conjunction with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine University School of Law that ranks the first among the U.S. universities and colleges in dispute resolution field. This training course is to popularize mediation as a new dispute settlement mechanism in China and to attract talents to join in BAC as mediators so as to push forward the development of its mediation service.
