Dubai construction claims total $4.9bn
16 August 2009 Dubai construction industry has been hit by unpaid contractor bills. Some AED18bn ($4.9bn) worth of construction claims are estimated to be pending in Dubai, according to an official at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
