銆��In 1st May, 2009, 鈥淩ules for Online Arbitration of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission鈥�was formally implemented, in principle, these Rules are applied to the disputes of all contractual or non-contractual economics and trades, etc., and it is mainly applied to solve the e-commerce disputes at the present stage.

銆�� On the occasion of ICC鈥檚 90th anniversary celebration, John Beechey, Chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Toshio Sawada, Vice Chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Peter Wolrich, Chairman of the ICC Commission on Arbitration will speak at a seminar on Arbitration and ADR. The seminar will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on 12 May 2009.

銆�� From 22 to 24 May, 2009, The 鈥淪ummit Forum on the Law Risk Prevention and Legal Management and Disposal of Commercial Affairs Disputes of Chinese Enterprises under Financial Crisis鈥�sponsored by the training center of China Law Society and co-organized by the BAC will be held in Beijing. The forum aims at the Chinese enterprises how to quickly make strategic adjustment, as well as establish perfect corporate law risk prevention mechanism, improve the enterprise internal control system, further enhance the correct understanding of the enterprises鈥�leaders, legal adviser and business personnel, determine and defuse the legal risk capability in the process of enterprise operation and management and the capability of enterprise to cope with legal disputes in the context of global financial crisis.
