The Beijing Arbitration Commission/ the Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) jointly invite you to participate in the “International Engineering Dispute Resolution” Seminar and Cooperation Signing Ceremony.
2018年是“一带一路”倡议提出5周年，同时也是改革开放40周年，中国已经取得了举世瞩目的成就，其中与“一带一路”沿线国家经贸合作成果显著。在对外投资中，如何有效解决工程纠纷、规避重大投资风险，日益成为中国企业在所关注的核心问题。本次研讨会邀请了国际工程争端领域的资深专家，围绕国际工程中争端解决这一主题，共同探讨、深度交流。届时，北京仲裁委员会/北京国际仲裁将与争端解决委员会基金会现场签署合作框架协议，携手探索国际工程争端应对之道。
2018 is the 5th anniversary of the introduction of Belt and Road Initiative and the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up. China has achieved significant accomplishments in economic development, especially with the countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative. As for the foreign investment, the question of resolving international construction dispute and avoiding high investment risk has become the major concerns for Chinese enterprises. This seminar invites leading experts on international construction dispute to discuss this topical issue of international construction dispute settlement. The BAC/BIAC and the DRBF will sign a cooperation agreement afterwards.
