Ever since the year 2013, the Commercial Dispute Resolution in China: An Annual Review and Preview (the “Annual Report”) series organized by the Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center (the “BAC”) has provided detailed record and full display of the booming development of the Chinese dispute resolution industry in recent years, which has gradually become significant reference for both domestic and foreign practitioners and academics, and received high recognition by experts within the industry.
This year, with the assistance of Wolters Kluwer and China Legal Publishing House, the BAC officially released the English version E-book of the Annual Report, and developed the online distribution channels for its Chinese version, so as to help more readers to understand the up-to-date information and development of the Chinese dispute resolution industry.
