Case Acceptance Fee Schedule of Beijing Arbitration Commission
(Amended and adopted on 16 September 2003 at the fifth meeting of the third session of the Beijing Arbitration Commission and effective as of 1 March 2004)
In accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Measures Regarding Arbitration Fees of Arbitration Commissions (Guobanfa [1995] No. 44), the schedule of case acceptance fees of the Beijing Arbitration Commission are as follows:

As for the cases with the disputed amount between ￥500,000 and ￥1,000,000, the case acceptance fee shall be charged of ￥13550 plus 0.5% of the disputed amount exceeding ￥500,000 when the cases are handled through the summary procedure.
The amount claimed by the applicant shall be deemed as the disputed amount set forth in this Schedule. If a discrepancy exists between the claimed amount and the actual disputed amount, the actual disputed amount shall prevail.
Where the disputed amount is uncertain, the case acceptance fee shall be determined by the office of Beijing Arbitration Commission.

As for the cases with the disputed amount between ￥500,000 and ￥1,000,000, the case handling fee shall be charged of ￥11,000 plus 0.5% of the disputed amount exceeding ￥500,000 when the cases are handled through the summary procedure.
The amount claimed by the applicant shall be deemed as the disputed amount set forth in the Schedule of Case Acceptance Fees. If a discrepancy exists between the claimed amount and the actual disputed amount, the actual disputed amount shall prevail.
Where the disputed amount is uncertain, the case handling fee shall be determined by the office of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
1. Withdraw before the constitution
of Arbitral Tribunal:
All Case Acceptance Fee and half of Case Handling Fee
will be refunded.
2. Withdraw after the constitution of Arbitral
Tribunal while before hearing:
When Case Acceptance Fee is less than 10000 Yuan, half
of Case Acceptance Fee will be refunded. When Case Acceptance
Fee is over 10000 Yuan, the BAC will collect 1/3 of
Case Acceptance Fee, which shall not be less than 5000
Yuan. The surplus part will be refunded. And half of
Case Handling Fee will be refunded.
3. Withdraw after hearing:
Case Acceptance Fee will NOT be refunded. Case Handling
Fee shall be refunded according to the circumstances
of the case, but the refunded part shall NOT be more
than 1/3 of Case Handling Fee.
